Curious to see if Dux-Soup Turbo is ideal for you? Be sure to read on!

  • I want to send a welcome message to all people who have accepted my connection request. Is it possible?

Yes! You can set up your automated follow-ups with Dux-Soup so that you don’t have to respond manually any more, once they accept your connection request. Full guide on that here.

  • How many auto follow-ups can you send?

With Dux-Soup’s latest automated follow-ups feature, you can set up and send a total of 5 auto follow-ups. You can configure the follow-ups with different templates, depending on your campaign, and set an appropriate amount of delay between each message so that you don’t spam them.

  • If we receive a reply can we set a filter to stop messages?

Yes, Dux-Soup has an auto-blacklisting feature that uses a system tag to track who responded to your messages. Dux-Soup will automatically add a System Tag “🦆-default-responded” and it will stop from sending any further messages. Full guide on system tags here.

  • Can I add every visited LinkedIn profile to my CRM?

Yes, Dux-Soup integrates with many CRMs such as Hubspot, Zoho and more. Once the integration is set, every visited profile will be automatically added to your CRM! To see an example, take a look at Hubspot integration guide.

  • Do I need to have a Zapier account to add all visited profiles from LinkedIn to my CRM? How much does it cost?

No, Dux-Soup can send data to any system, using standard web data sharing techniques ( webhooks ). However, when used in combination with Zapier, you can leverage Zapier’s Zaps for increased control over the integrations. The tool is free to use unless you want to connect to premium apps, want faster performance and more zaps. More on Zapier pricing here.

  • What does Remote Control do?

With Dux-Soup’s Remote Control feature, you can trigger automated LinkedIn actions from outside your web browser. This means that you can trigger sending a connection request, including a personalised message, to a specific profile on LinkedIn. You can learn more about Remote Control here

  • What does the Message Bridge do?

With Dux-Soup’s Message Bridge feature, you can automatically read and forward standard LinkedIn messages, including connection acceptance notifications. Once enabled, Dux-Soup will check for new messages every 15 minutes and send them to the Webhook.

  • A new tab keeps opening in my browser. Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal behaviour for Dux-Soup. Every 15 minutes, Dux-Soup is checking if there are new connections that need to receive a follow-up message. Please make sure you let the tab close itself for smooth performance.

  • Can Google Sheets be integrated with Dux-Soup? How?

Yes, you can use Dux-Soup Turbo and Zapier to integrate with your Google Sheets spreadsheet and use it as a CRM. You can then manage and organise your data within it. Here’s a guide on the Dux-Soup + Google Sheets integration.

  • Does Dux-Soup’s auto message stop sending messages when someone responds?

Yes, once someone responds, Dux-Soup’s automated follow-ups will stop - giving you the chance to respond with a personalised reply on your own. More on automated-follow ups here.

  • How much does Turbo cost?

There are 2 options to purchase Turbo version:

  1. Monthly subscription - $55 per month
  2. Annual subscription - $41.25 per month.

Either way, a 7-day trial is included. It means that you can try all the Turbo features before even starting to pay!
