Wish your Dux-Soup campaign responses could be sent straight to a Slack channel, so you and your team can view and manage them in real time?
Now, they can! 😀
With Dux-Soup’s native Slack integration, you can send your campaign responses to a designated Slack channel within your organization, allowing those with access to the channel to:
- View the full conversation history
- Reply to messages
- Switch campaigns
- Qualify leads in or out
It means your whole team can collaborate on follow-ups, book meetings and demos, or close sales—right from Slack. It’s a powerful way to keep your pipeline moving, together.
We think our Slack integration is perfect for:
- Agencies managing multiple LinkedIn accounts and needing centralized collaboration
- Sales teams looking to speed up response times with instant alerts
- Busy professionals who want to stay on top of campaigns while on the go
Let’s dive in and show you what awesome features you'll gain from the connection between Dux-Soup and Slack:
View campaign responses in Slack
When a prospect responds to a message from one of your Dux-Soup campaigns, it will appear in your Slack channel, like this:

You can select any public or private channel as your destination for your LinkedIn messages. Your channel will be notified real-time of all new incoming messages.
Why is this so great?
Previously, you needed to have access to the LinkedIn inbox or Dux-Soup to see campaign responses. Now you can give anyone access to campaign responses via Slack. So, you can retain control and security whilst giving your team the ability to visibility they need to collaborate more effectively. Neat, huh?
What information do you see in Slack?
You’ll be able to see the following information in Slack:
- Prospect company
- Prospect name
- Prospect title
- Prospect response
- Prospect LinkedIn profile URL
- Prospect email address
- Dux-Soup user name and their Slack ID
Take action from Slack
Those with access to the Slack channel can view Dux-Soup responses and can also take action.

Under the message, you’ll see some buttons:
Qualify in
Click this button to move your prospect to the ‘Qualify In’ stage of your Funnel Flow in the Dux-Dash. No action will take place.
Qualify out
Click this button to qualify out the prospect, so your team knows not to take this prospect any further
Reply
Send a reply straight from Slack via Dux-Soup & LinkedIn. A box will pop up where you can type your reply. Then, simply hit ‘Submit’ to send your message.
The message content will appear in your conversation workflow and be visible in LinkedIn/Sales Navigator also.

Conversation
View the complete conversation history between the Dux-Soup users and the prospect so you have all the information you need to reply professionally.

Switch
Switch the campaign the prospect is in to easily move them to another outreach campaign of choice.
Unenroll
Remove a prospect from the campaign if you want to take things manual or off the LinkedIn platform. This ensures no further campaign activity is actioned.
Respond on the move
With our Slack integration, you can reply to prospects on the go, from any device.
You’ll get instant notifications of every response, so even if you’re managing Dux-Soup on your own, you’ll enjoy super-fast response times and the flexibility to manage your prospects from any location in the world.
Hello to a bigger pipeline, more opportunities, and a higher conversion rate.
