What’s new?

NEW Stats section on your Funnel Flow tab

You can now see the essential key performance indicators (KPIs) from different periods and campaigns and monitor your Dux-Soup activity at a glance.

If you choose a time range of 24 hours, 7 days, 4 weeks, or 3 months, Dux-Soup will automatically compare the present period with the previous one in the Stats view.

NEW ‘Message’ button

Exciting news! We've introduced a 'message' button in your Funnel Flow actions, making it a breeze to check your lead lists, review responses, and respond to LinkedIn messages directly through Dux-Soup. So now you can monitor and follow up with your leads from one place!

Our team users also have new options in Team Funnel which includes the new stats section too. Check the image below for how to access it.

NEW Export button

You can now export your Team data by clicking the export button at the top right of the Team Funnel page (as seen in the image above).

NEW Team ‘Total’ Funnel

At the bottom of your Team Funnel you will find a Team Total, which totals up your individual team members’ activities.

NEW CRM Connection status

If you've connected Dux-Soup to Pipedrive, HubSpot, or SharpSpring, you'll now find the connection status displayed on the Dux-Dash. Reconnecting your CRM system is now made even easier - simply navigate to the 'CRM connections' tab and reconnect if needed.

NEW ‘Exclude’ Tags for data transfer

Now, you have the option to select which profiles you DON’T want to automatically transfer to your CRM system, by using Dux-Soup tags.

If you've used Dux-Soup to tag numerous LinkedIn profiles that you’d like to keep out of your CRM, you can easily exclude them in your integration settings on the Dux-Dash, as illustrated below.
