Using Dux-Soup Safely
At Dux-Soup, we’re committed to keeping your LinkedIn account safe.
With other automation tools now being detected by LinkedIn, our tech team has made it so that you can use the tool without the fear of getting your account suspended.
As a rule of thumb, we recommend starting with sending no more than 3% to 5% connection requests of your total connections per day. Once your network expands, the number of recommended connection requests grows too, over time.

What’s in the New Release of Dux-Soup - Automated Follow-Up Messages
Guess what? Sending automated follow-up messages with Dux-Soup just got a whole lot easier with the latest update!
When someone accepts your LinkedIn connection request, you no longer have to reply manually, nor do you have to use Zapier.
You simply set up your follow-up message templates through the Dux-Soup extension and then just let Dux-Soup continue do its work in the background automatically.
To make the most out of this feature, first, you can send an automated personalised connection request to an audience of your choice. Once they accept, they will receive a follow up automatically.
If they reply, any further follow-ups will be automatically stopped, giving you the chance to reply on your own.

How to Send a Direct Personalised Messages To your 1st-Degree Connections
You have two options here:
- You can either outreach to everyone you’re connected with.
- Or, set up a specific LinkedIn search query and then message that specific segment.
This is a great way to catch up with your current contacts. You can either update them on a new piece of news, check on their business, or ask if they have any questions about your niche.
If done well, you can remind them of what you do without coming across as spammy.
As long as it’s relevant to them - they’ll appreciate the effort.
